- The Aerios 18 Backpack is an ultralight and highly durable daypack designed for fast, technical hikes. Its 18-litre capacity carries the essentials without unnecessary bulk, while the adjustable harness, breathable back panel and accessible storage keep the pack comfortable and practical throughout active days on the trail.
Arc’teryx uses a proprietary Hadron LCP grid fabric across the main body. Liquid Crystal Polymer reinforcement creates exceptional abrasion resistance at a low weight, allowing the pack to withstand contact with rock, branches and rough surfaces without relying on a heavier conventional fabric.
The interchangeable harness system is available in two sizes and uses adjustment points at both the top and bottom. This allows the shoulder straps and front pockets to be positioned more precisely for different torso shapes. The AeroForm back panel promotes airflow, while an anti-barrelling frame sheet prevents the load from rounding into the wearer’s back.
Two zippered shoulder-strap pockets provide immediate access to 500 ml soft flasks, snacks or electronic devices. A front bungee system, daisy chain, side pockets and trekking-pole attachment points expand the carrying capacity without compromising access to the main compartment.
The pack is compatible with a hydration reservoir and includes an external hose port. An FC0 DWR treatment helps the fabric shed light rain and is made without intentionally added PFAS.
