- The Aerios 35 Backpack is a lightweight and durable hiking pack designed for long day hikes and fast overnight trips. Its customizable suspension system distributes weight efficiently between the shoulders and hips, while the expandable roll-top provides additional capacity when the equipment list grows.
The proprietary Hadron LCP grid fabric combines Cordura nylon with Liquid Crystal Polymer reinforcement. This creates exceptional abrasion resistance for its weight, helping the pack withstand repeated contact with rock, branches and rough terrain without the bulk of a traditional heavy-duty fabric.
The interchangeable harness system allows the shoulder straps and hipbelt to be adapted to different body shapes. Adjustment points at both the top and bottom position the shoulder pockets correctly and help balance the load. The supportive monofilament-mesh hipbelt can be adjusted from the front and rear for a precise fit.
A breathable AeroForm back panel improves airflow, while the anti-barrelling frame sheet prevents the load from rounding into the wearer’s back. A removable 7000-series aluminium stay transfers weight and provides additional structure when carrying heavier equipment.
The roll-top design offers quick access and can provide up to 10 litres of additional capacity. Two zippered shoulder pockets accommodate 500 ml soft flasks or electronic devices, while side pockets, a front bungee system, daisy chain and trekking-pole attachments provide versatile external storage.
