Fill power describes the down’s loft and warmth relative to its weight; overall warmth also depends on the amount of insulation and the jacket’s construction.
Coreloft synthetic insulation is placed in moisture-prone areas, while the recycled nylon shell balances low weight and durability. Its water-repellent finish helps shed surface moisture. An insulated, helmet-compatible StormHood and adjustable hem help retain warmth, and the included stuff sack makes it easy to pack.
